Every time I take my car to be serviced, it is a great experience. They do what is necessary, and if I don't know, they tell me. But they never look to do more than what's needed. And they get me in--and get me out. Always, with a carwash and a smile. Most important, they're always there when I need them. I put 150 miles or more on my little Civic every day, and with Middletown Honda taking care of my care, I never worry that the car will break down because of something that should have been repaired. When I take the car in the shop, they check everything! Everything! Oh, and by the way, I bought my car here, too. And the sales people were just as great. I guess it's the trickle down theory--because the owners are pretty great guys, too. I love this place--and so does my Honda. More
