My wife and I recently puchased a new CR-V. This is not the first new car we've purchased but this was by far the best experience we've had. Ryan Dino made the buying process seamless and comfortable. His the first new car we've purchased but this was by far the best experience we've had. Ryan Dino made the buying process seamless and comfortable. His no pressure approach was a breath of fresh air compared to previous experiences, including a prior experience from the same Middletown Honda dealer. He took care of everything including the registration and insurance. The financing process was seamless as well. I would highly recommend both Ryan and Middletown Honda to anyone interested in an automobile purchase. More
It was the first time that I had the pleasure of dealing with Nate Spence at Middletown Honda. He was efficient in giving me updates with the solution for my problem. It was mid Nov and we were not in a position to purchase a new car but a car accident with my husband's car lead us to my favorite car dealership-Middletown Honda. So we purchased a new car for him with the help of of Ed Folkl, a salesman I wouldn't want to be w/o!!! There was no pressure and his expertise lead us to a great car. We had such a great experience we traded my car in for a new car too, just a few wks later, but it didn't end there. It was a snowy day and our daughter was coming home from work and totaled her car so we went back to Middletown Honda and leased a new car for her, again with Ed, who once again came through with a great car and perfect deal. You won't believe it but we ended getting a 4th car as my mom now wanted a new car too! It was mid Jan and for her birthday, wow, what a deal for her too!! Needless to say 4 cars w/i 3 mo, who would've thought. I can say enough about Honda being #1, but our salesman who is also #1 in my book! We couldn't have done all of this without the help of Ed, and then Joe and Sean, who made those deals a final posabiliity. We love each and everyone of our cars and now we're known as the honda family. They sure live up to their word and even our son has a 96 honda. You ask how do we like the honda dealership and staff? We love them, and it got better and better with each car purchase we made. Ed, Keep em comin' as leases come to an end and we will be needing new ones once again. Thank you to Middletown Honda and staff, and as I say, one terrific salesman, Ed Folkl. Thanks for making all if this poss for us! We couldn't have done it w/o you!! More
Andy Helfman was a great sales person to me. He responed with many options as I searched for the right car, financing and answered all my questions. The moment I walked into this dealership I felt welcomed and was treated as "family". My salesman, Ed Folkl, was extremely knowlegable and went out of his way to assist me. After doing my homework online I went back to Ed and worked on a deal. His first and only offer beat any other offer I had for the exact same car at other dealerships. Needless to say I accepted the deal. I was then directed to John the finance mgr who completed the paperwork for the loan and and offered the extended warranty and several other items. At NO TIME was I or did I feel pressure to purchase these add ons. At the time I closed the deal I met with Jen. She explained ever piece of paperwork in detail and requested that I read each and every one to ensure I had no questions. When we completed the paperwork she took over an hour of her time to go through the vehicle from how to work the rear seats to setting up the bluetooth in two phones. I could not be and have not been happier with a car dealership in my 25 plus years of driving. Thanks to all. More

I did not expect to enjoy the experience of spending money, especially since this was my first time trading in a used car when purchasing a new car. Imagine my surprise when I actually had fun with the transaction. Most importantly, they were in touch with me immediately, kept in touch with me, gave me pricing guidelines over the telephone instead of expecting me to come in blind, answered my numerous questions, made every effort to give me what I wanted, and...... STUCK TO THEIR PROMISES!!!! I even, for the first time in my life (gasp! from those who know me)..... 'joined' a warrantee program (I forget exactly how it was phrased, but it sounded better than my usual perception of "spending a lot of money for nothing") - without feeling cheated!!! All in all, I would actually highly recommend Middletown Honda to anyone, and only wish I lived closer so I could drop in for every ding or rattle - Ha! Ha! Ha! So - those in power - give these guys some much deserved lunch! As a matter of fact, why don't you consider going whole hog and giving them each dinner (with their wives/husband/significant other)!! They deserve it! Keeping it local, and all that.... I even, most shockingly, did not feel taken advantage of in trading in my 2008 Royal Blue Honda Accord LX-P. May you make money on Big Blue - she was in excellent shape, and deserves someone who loves her size and color. He made it so easy that I acually purchased my car on my lunch break and was able to pick it up when I got out of work. Sean Curtin was also a pleasure to work with. Both men were very friendly, personable and I never once felt like I was getting inaccurate information or that they didn't have my best interest in mind. That is a very rare feeling to get when purchasing a car! The entire transaction was so easy thanks to Keegan and Sean. I would recommend seeing them if you want your car buying experience to be as painless as possible! More

He took his time with us and really made us feel comfortable with making this big decision. We ended up driving away with two brand new Honda’s. Ed even took the time out of his day to call a few days later to see how I was liking my brand new civic. This was my 4rth Honda but the first one that I could get all on my own. Joe Cerreta in the financing department was nothing but helpful and patient with the whole process of helping me drive away in my new Honda! All around,I had a really great experience at Middletown Honda with Ed and Joe:) More
A majority of the time, Mike Carlock has been my service advisor. He is always friendly, efficient, helpful and patient when I've been in for service. I'm usually in for regular maintenance and know what I advisor. He is always friendly, efficient, helpful and patient when I've been in for service. I'm usually in for regular maintenance and know what I want done. He'll advise me of recommeded scheduled maintenance based on my mileage;if I have a question about any suggested service, he is knowledgeable about it and explains it to me in easy to understand terms, yet does not pressure me into more than I want or need done at the time. I appreciate that. He'll also go out of his way to accomodate my last-minute service request when I failed to plan ahead and schedule an appointment. I recall one time that I was there for service when numerous customers were waiting to be checked in. The shop was short-handed that day; apparently some staff had called in sick. One woman was extremely upset about the wait and very rude and unrulely. Mike waited on her and handled her very professionally as she continually, yelled, critized and vented her anger on him. He deserved a gold star that day! I try to get Mike to assist me whenever I'm in for service. Ray was our salesman for the last 2 Hondas that my husband and I purchased. Having owned 3 Hondas prior to our purchases, we pretty much knew what we wanted before we entered the showroom. We knew what we were willing to pay, and Ray did not pressure us to purchase more options that we wanted. He was very knowlegebale and worked hard to give us the best deals possible at the time. I like his style; if he had been pushy in trying to sell us more, we would have gone elsewhere. Ray still stays in contact with occassional emails, and comes to say Hello when I'm in the shop for service. We keep our cars for a long time - usually around 10 years. Last Accord was traded in with 280,000 miles; the one before that 297,000. My current one only has 130,000 miles so it will be a while. If I choose to stick with Honda for my next car when the time comes, I'll ask for Ray. More
