Called and asked her to send me to a live person: "I can't see down there, I don't know who's gonna pick up the phone, all I do is transfer." Then when I called again she wouldn't pick up, just immediately sent me over to sales where I again got nothing but recordings. Finally someone sent me to Courtney, service mgr. I told her I wanted information on where to send a complaint about the service dept, I asked several times, she kept trying to get me to tell her the complaint. I'm not interested in filing a complaint with the service mgr of the dept I am complaining about, I told her I'd figure it out myself. More

Can't say enough! Five Stars I can't say enough about the experience of leasing a new vehicle from Middletown Honda. I think under any circumstances they would have done a great j I can't say enough about the experience of leasing a new vehicle from Middletown Honda. I think under any circumstances they would have done a great job under the excellent management of Robin Goldin. But in my case, my car's engine blew half-way between home and vacation with my two children, our dog, and all our stuff. AAA towed my car to one of their approved repair shops, but repair was not in my best interest. I had to spend precious time sorting out what to do and looked everywhere in a 100 mile radius from where I broke down, but once I found Middletown Honda, it wasn't just the best deal: they made many of the hard decisions much easier. Robin took great care to connect me with the facts and information I needed, and the great staff he works with. Jorge helped me deal with getting my old car towed, offering to pay cash on arrival when, believe it or not, the towing place wouldn't take a credit card over the phone. They knew I was trying to salvage vacation with my family and handled every interaction with sensitivity, respect, and precision. Marlon, my salesperson, was fantastic! He kept a lookout for me as I found my way to the dealership for the first time, and from there he proved to be not only very knowledgeable, respectful and patient, but capable of turning a very stressful situation into a pleasant one. My brief interaction with Sean only added to that as finances were all in order. Marlon made sure I quickly learned what I needed to get me out and on the road to home with confidence. I would not only recommend Marlon and Middletown Honda to locals, but will be spreading the word that it is more than worth the trip! More
