Second times a charm I was so happy with my 2013 CRV that I didn't even test drive the 2019 (2020 doesn't have the color I wanted). Salesman Ed Folkl had to scour eastern New York to find the color I wanted but came through. The manager did not try to high pressure extras, which was welcomed. The whole transaction was smooth.
