I have to say that from the moment that I first spoke to someone inside the dealership right up until I drove away with my new car, everyone was professional, efficient and pleasant. Even more than that, prior to the sale I felt like Christain really listened and took in my explanation of what I was looking for and what my situation was. This instantly assured me that I was going to do business with Honda as everywhere else I had gone to prior had barely acted like they even wanted to sell me a car. And I cannot emphasise enough how well they assisted me and guided me through the car buying process. This is normally a very gruelling ordeal for customers but EVERYONE involved from Honda basically "held my hand" through it all and were proactive in making sure that it all went smoothly.
