I have had my Honda Civic since late 2017 and I absolutely love it. Unfortunately today Middletown Honda ruined the customer service experience for me. I dropped my car off for an inspection at 10a absolutely love it. Unfortunately today Middletown Honda ruined the customer service experience for me. I dropped my car off for an inspection at 10am on 3/31/25. When I picked my car up at 4pm the same day there was a huge 6 inch crack in my windshield right in my line of sight that was not there at 10am when I dropped it off. I brought this to their attention and the service manager came to speak with me, she showed me footage of the car at 12:09pm when they brought the car in for service with the crack in the windshield but couldn't show me a good angle of the car when I brought it in at 10am. Nor could she show me footage from 10am-12:09pm. Refused to help in any way or take responsibility for this mishap. All would have been good if they just owned up to it and replaced the windshield. My car has approximately 150k miles on it and I am due for a new car soon. I promise you Middletown Honda or quite frankly any Honda Dealership will not be getting my business if this situation is not rectified properly. More

Our Delivery Coordinator, Johnathan, was very helpful explaining the special features of the vehicle. I will definitely recommend Middletown Honda to family and friends when they are in the market for a new car. More

Middletown Service Department deserves less than one star. I'm very disappointed with Shane Smith!!! I bought my 2019 Accord in twice this August and once in July. I complained that the car was makin star. I'm very disappointed with Shane Smith!!! I bought my 2019 Accord in twice this August and once in July. I complained that the car was making a lot of noise while backing up. This only happened while in reverse. The first visit, "they couldn't find or hear the noise" and applied some type of lubricant." Also, I told Shane on August 20th that not only was the noise getting louder but I could feel a grind/vibration. On all three occasions, I was told "they couldn't hear or find anything wrong with the car." I spent over three hours there on Aug 20th. and Shane suggested that I, "pay $310 to cut the front rotors and $310 for the back." I ask, "would this stop the noise"? He said, "maybe but we have to start somewhere!" What? What!!! I called my son, after his arrival, Shane preceded to say, the rotors and brakes were both good so that wasn't the problem." Really, so why the xxxx suggest spending $620? I left disappointed and decided to take the car the following week to a Westchester Honda dealer. Seven days after leaving "Honda of Middletown" on my way to Westchester, the car breaks down on the highway. The toll truck driver insisted the noise was coming from the transmission. I called and left a few messages for Shane to call me and left a message with Christine/Christina for him to call. Guess what...I'm still waiting! I've bought three Brand New Hondas, two from Middletown..I will NEVER buy from this specific dealer again!! Honda should consider NEW service reps and mechanics!!! More
