Keep your promise Working with Mr. Garcia and Mr. Martinez was great. However, I was advised that the 2018 Dodge Ram (Brand New) was supposed to be detailed and engine Working with Mr. Garcia and Mr. Martinez was great. However, I was advised that the 2018 Dodge Ram (Brand New) was supposed to be detailed and engine cleaned from the dust/dirt before delivery. It was NOT! I had to detail and clean the engine myself. I don't know why the staff did not keep their promise. I have purchased vehicle (s) before from Mid Valley Dodge and never had this problem, I felt let down! There should have been better communication between the sale and service people. More

Sometimes frustration;out come has always been positive It appears that when parts are needed and there is a call back there is a dificulty in finding them. It does not always appear they are always ready to complete all service that I thought would be taken care of. More

Best service around Brought my vehicle to Mid Valley the day after I took it to Lithia for issues with my vehicle. Lithia kept it for a day, and then I was told they coul Brought my vehicle to Mid Valley the day after I took it to Lithia for issues with my vehicle. Lithia kept it for a day, and then I was told they couldn’t do nothing for me and it would take TWO WEEKS to get my vehicle looked at and to continue driving it. Mid valley checked out my vehicle and fixed the problem within a couple hours, which had I kept driving on for two weeks would’ve completely destroyed my engine. I’d recommend mid valley to anyone to anyone. More
I have still not been helped!! The first time I had to go in was a few weeks after I bought my jeep. One of the nozzles for the windshield wiper fluid wasn't spraying. I spent 3 hou The first time I had to go in was a few weeks after I bought my jeep. One of the nozzles for the windshield wiper fluid wasn't spraying. I spent 3 hours in the waiting room, and finally my SALESMAN came out and said he tried to fix the problem but its still not working. He informed me that the repair/service employees were not doing anything that's why he tried himself! I went home, the next day I went to auto zone spent about $15 and replaced the parts myself!! When I purchased my vehicle I got a TWO year powertrain warranty with my purchase (which I thought was great) I noticed some leaking in my driveway. I scheduled an appointment and took my jeep in again. I received a loaner car and was told they weren't sure how long the repairs would take. After 3 days I called to check on my jeep and NOTHING had been done (I never received a call from them in this time). I was informed that the warranty didn't cover the repair because it was preexisting, I asked what that meant and was told it was because I bought it like that. So how do they know it was preexisting? Did they know the transmission was leaking when they sold it to me and still sold it like that or is my warranty bogus? I have not received any help with this and I'm really fed up with the service team! I was told I would get a call over 2 weeks ago on the issue but I haven't received any calls! I had a great experience when I bought my jeep. I got a great deal, great customer service, was treated very respectfully but everything after has been a nightmare! I'm going to try one more time with the transmission repairs then I'm going to take some action. Definitely will never buy here again and will never recommend. More
