I am sorry to say, but this place is kind of a joke. They had this huge thing advertised that they would give $4000.00 for a trade in on any vehicle so I called in to see if i could get pre approved bef They had this huge thing advertised that they would give $4000.00 for a trade in on any vehicle so I called in to see if i could get pre approved before making the hour long trip. I thought for sure I would be able to drive off the lot with something "new" as they stated in their ad; but when it came down to the financing that they say they can get just about anyone approved for they could not get me into a car i wanted. I know my credit is not perfect, but i had 1000 cash to put down plus the 4000 from the trade in and the car was only 11k. That means i needed to be financed for a rough 6k or so, but they said they could get me into that car and tried to get me into a mini van (no my style). Its ironic because i went to a different dealer the week before and they were able to get me financed for a Mercedes priced at 11k with only 2500 down, so I'm lost with how this could happen. I tried to call back and sent emails to see what i could do and didn't get any return phone calls or emails from Thomas, I am so disappointed. More
Prices several thousand over blue book but offering half or less of blue book on trade ins. Salesman rude & insulting on price we could pay. Salesman we worked with didn't seem to know what was on the lot and wouldn't show us anything around the price we wanted to pay. When we asked for advice on other vehicles on the lot that would better meet our needs, he said he didn't know what else might work. Refuses to give trade in quotes until you pick the vehicle you want to purchase. Made us wait an hour for the trade in quote and pricing information on the vehicle that we picked. Refused to negotiate on purchase price of vehicle, even though it was priced extremely high & needed new tires, battery & had a few small issues with broken latches & buttons. Be well informed on the value of your vehicle & any vehicles you are going to look at if you choose to go to them. Edit on 06/24 - Manager called and apologized for situation. Said salesman was way outside of bounds of acceptable behavior for the dealership. Manager was very friendly & helpful. Would do business with them after interaction with manager, but not with this particular salesman. More
