Came in, diagnose, Fixed it by end of day I had a problem with my front tire making a clicking sound, thought it was going to be a much bigger issue but come to find out it was just the rotor I had a problem with my front tire making a clicking sound, thought it was going to be a much bigger issue but come to find out it was just the rotor and brakes. Found a great price for me and had done all within the same day. Afterwards they washed my car and vacuumed the front out. This company has made a huge turn around from the service that it used to be. I would strongly recommend this company to my friends and family. More
NO Service Needed a fuse. Waited at the parts counter for 5 minutes while looking at 2 guys in the back through tinted window. Walked to the service dept. 2 guys Needed a fuse. Waited at the parts counter for 5 minutes while looking at 2 guys in the back through tinted window. Walked to the service dept. 2 guys sitting behind counter. Explained the problem I was having. They told me I needed to go to the parts dept. and get a fuse. Went back to parts dept. Waited for another couple of minutes. Watched 1 guy tell the other guy he had a customer as first guy walked away. Waited another 5 minutes. Walked out of dealership without ever being asked a question. Not even worth one star. More
Messed up priorities On 7/12/14 I was driving back home from Tricities to Selah for a quick stop and continue to Seattle where I spend my work week. My 2012 Dodge Charger On 7/12/14 I was driving back home from Tricities to Selah for a quick stop and continue to Seattle where I spend my work week. My 2012 Dodge Charger suddenly showed a message saying Battery Saver Mode and on I82 exit 73 less than 3 miles from this dealer my car just died on the side of the freeway, Temperature was over 120F and after I waited 1 1/2 hour I finally was towed to them. Service Department was closed and I had to wait until Monday to report my issue to them, I end up loosing 3 days of work ( over $900.00) because my car wasn't ready until Wednesday afternoon. 3 days to replace an alternator a work that can be done on 1.5 hours. On a services department you can not treat all services in the same way, specially clients that are out of town driving its way to their final destination as simple as that. In top of laziness they replace the battery and alternator and on Friday morning less than 2 days after the same message came back on the display. They failed to let me know that the car has a sensor that require certain process to relearn and disappear the message. I called this dealer Monday and Tuesday and they just told me they were busy and literally to suck it up until they could fix my car. More

August 24, 2012, I called Mid-Valley Service Department and spoke with Chris Hagemann, Service Advisor. A Check Engine light was glowing brightly. Worse, the exhaust brake/turbo had ceased to function on and spoke with Chris Hagemann, Service Advisor. A Check Engine light was glowing brightly. Worse, the exhaust brake/turbo had ceased to function on my 2008 Dodge 3500 (6.7L Cummins). Chris asked if I could drop it off the same afternoon. However, if I could not do so he offered to come after the truck early Monday morning and take it in for service. Furthermore, if necessary he would return it after repairs were completed. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion. My truck has never performed better. Communications are another strong point in favor of Mid-Valley!! Customer service is indeed, a rare commodity in this country. Superior customer service is practically non-existent. Mid-Valley Dodge seems to be blessed with an abundance of people that care. More
