Son in law Walter recommended Keven who sold him and his parents each a Subaru recently. When wife and I got there, Keven was still tied up with earlier customer, but he introduced us to Lou, a terrific sa parents each a Subaru recently. When wife and I got there, Keven was still tied up with earlier customer, but he introduced us to Lou, a terrific salesperson who helps Keven and vice-versa. Lou helped us a lot until Keven was free. We test drove our first choice which turned out not what we expected, so we looked at other models --- finally bought the Legacy Limited with which we are very happy. Keven is terrific (so is Lou) who made sure we were really satisfied with our choice. Took considerable time to orient me with all the new 'bells and whistles' on this marvel of technology. Keven is so very friendly, helpful and responsive -- offering me to come in as often as needed for him to help me use all the features correctly. Everyone is super cordial and helpful. Trish, (Patricia Stoutenberg), my sales person was super and I mean SUPER! She helped me navigate a very complicated transaction in turning in a leas Trish, (Patricia Stoutenberg), my sales person was super and I mean SUPER! She helped me navigate a very complicated transaction in turning in a leased car and leasing a new one. It involved getting my name on the lease and removing my husband's who was suffering from advanced Alzheimer's disease and did in fact pass away in the middle of the process. I am forever grateful for Trish's help. Also Eric who handled the financial aspect. I started the process in Septeber 2021 as the lease expired in Oct. I had great difficulty dealing with Chase Subaru Finance all because of my dear husband's Alzheimers disease. After multiple phone calls and papers to be notarized it wasn't until I went to MidHudson and Trish's undying commitment that everything was resolved and I now drive a 2022 Impreza.
