Service was ok, except that I am worried about my car’s safety recall regarding the transmission ( for which I got 2 emails from Subaru before my maintenance visit already ), recall that they didn’t do no safety recall regarding the transmission ( for which I got 2 emails from Subaru before my maintenance visit already ), recall that they didn’t do nothing about at my recent maintenance visit , if I asked , I was just told they don’t have yet the necessary parts until May , so they don’t check my car for the recall! I am worried because I previously owned an Acura car with recall about transmission , took it to the dealer right away to be checked after I got the letter, they assured me next day everything is fine , to end up after a while with the transmission braking down while driving home on a highway and being extremely lucky that I didn’t end up in an accident on the highway ! Plus , I am transporting my kids regularly with this car , so I would really like Subaru to check my car as soon as possible, so I can feel safe while driving it ! Also , the waiting area could see some improvements, it’s very unwelcoming….,even if they did a little improvement ( unlike the sales department, that looks nice and clean ). More

I’ve always been satisfied with the service at Mid-Hudson Subaru. I made a ‘wait for’ appointment and was taken on time and the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time.
