Overall a good service department. I never feel pressured to do any unnecessary work to my car. Never have to fight to get something that is covered under warranty actually covered und I never feel pressured to do any unnecessary work to my car. If they make a mistake, they fix it and don’t charge any additional fees like some dealerships have done to us in the past. No troubles with getting a loaner vehicle, either. I do wish they’d provide a courtesy car wash and/or interior vacuum whenever you took your car in for service. This is the first dealership service dept. we’ve gone to that didn’t provide one or both of these things. More
