Overall both sales and service have been good. My only issue with my car does not have to do with this dealership. The CVT is a weak point with this car. It will be my first and last CVT. More

There are times the CVT doesn't know where it wants to be, It can jump around. At highway speeds I haver no issues. Where I have issues is when accelerating quickly from a stand still and also when not putting a heavy load on the CVT around 30-40MPH. Service has taken the car out for a ride a couple times and said the CVT is normal. I agree the jumping around doesn't always happen. I can have several days without any issues. I do not know if there is a problem with this transmission or if it is acting normal. I like the rest of the car and definitely would consider another Ascent when they make the product change. But only if it doesn't have a CVT. Like said if what I have is normal, I don't like it
