Although I am not complaining about the service itself it’s the extra lengthy time you have to wait to find and appointment time and then when you wait for the vehicle, it seems like the wait time is exce it’s the extra lengthy time you have to wait to find and appointment time and then when you wait for the vehicle, it seems like the wait time is excessive. I’d prefer to take my vehicle to my own mechanic instead of a large service center. And it’s not this service center, it dealer service centers in general. I would always recommend a private repair shop over dealer and it’s just because of the appointments and wait time. More

I went to a different Subaru dealer first, and ended up walking out because of the salesman’s take-it-or-leave-it attitude. What a different experience at Mid-Hudson Subaru! Gary was helpful, knowledgeable walking out because of the salesman’s take-it-or-leave-it attitude. What a different experience at Mid-Hudson Subaru! Gary was helpful, knowledgeable, and very personable. He even made sure I understood all the features before I drove it home! Rich had all the paperwork ready for the sale, and he and Gary pretty much did everything to switch over the registration and insurance. I’ll be back when my hitch is in to be installed… More
