My experience with Mid-Hudson Subaru was very positive from start to finish. I called to schedule a test drive. I specifically came to this dealership because they had just received a shipment of Crosstreks with manual transmission. Lou sat with me after and answered all my questions. Ordering it was a simple process. The new car arrived much sooner than I anticipated, which was exciting (but may not always occur just to temper your expectations). Lou emailed photos to me and scheduled my pick up. Erik, the Business Manager, prepped me via email to pay for the vehicle. They both guided me through the process on the day I picked it up. Lou sat with me in my new car while it poured outside to give me a tour and answer any of my questions. I picked it up on a Saturday and Lou reached out on Monday to check on me. I had been introduced quickly to Rich, the General Sales Manager, and he contacted me on Friday to see if I was pleased with my purchase. I really do love this car. I would definitely recommend Mid-Hudson Subaru. More
