I went into the dealer with a tire pressure problem with no appointment. They couldn't have been nicer. Eric took the time to thoroughly check my tires and found a nail. Had a simple oil change and NY state inspeciton, with an appontment, but had to wait over 2 hours. I asked about some other issues, battery charging and headlight aim. Service tech didn't seem to know that appontment, but had to wait over 2 hours. I asked about some other issues, battery charging and headlight aim. Service tech didn't seem to know that the HID headlights on my car are self-leveing, and have no manual adjustment settings. Also, they could not tell me if the newest ECM patch for battery charging had previously been applied. Whole experience was very unsatisfactory. I plan to visit a different Subaru dealer for futue service appointments. More
