Happy with the professional service Zach provided me Suppose to be just another "Oil change" routine on a regular Saturday but turn out my car need a tire rotation and break-pad replacement, Zach was ver Suppose to be just another "Oil change" routine on a regular Saturday but turn out my car need a tire rotation and break-pad replacement, Zach was very informative and helpful when describing alternatives and options. The 1hr appointment became a 3hrs waiting time, Zach offered the loaner car but I opted not to I just called the wife to pick me up. Right on time 2hrs later Zach called letting me know that car is ready for pick-up. I had consistently receive great service at this Toyota dealership in both the buying and servicing of our Toyota Highlander Whenever I've come in for service the team is prompt, very friendly and thoughtful. There is a good waiting area with coffee, water and cookies. Definitely keep coming back whenever my Toyota Highlander is up for service. Giving 5-star for Zach and his stellar customer service More

Incomplete Work on Routine Oil Change No vacuumed or car wash. When I phoned them to see if an oil change still includes it and they said yes.... but I would have to bring it back down an No vacuumed or car wash. When I told them it makes more sense time-wise for me to just go to Brown Bear she said 'ok, go ahead' with no other further resolution offered. I would have thought an apology with a 'next time we will get it right.... we will send you a certificate for something off of your next oil change as our way of saying sorry.' Nope - oh, well. We have always paid a premium for a 'dealer' service but this may be a good time to go to someone else. More
