I hold him what I was looking for and he send a quote over that evening. I was the lowest quote by far. Made arrangements with George to bring in my trade in the next day, but I wasn't aware that it was his day off. He came in on his day off and we closed the deal. The amount of information provided from this dealership on their vehicles is far superior to other dealerships in the area. They also have a lot of services in house that ensure you get all of the features on the vehicle you are looking for. The sales staff are accommodating, friendly, and much more knowledgeable than at other locations. I also found them to be very straightforward and upfront, which was a refreshing approach. I felt at-ease looking at vehicles and did not feel pressured to buy right away. If he couldn’t answer my question he went out of his way to find the answer. After purchasing my truck with this dealership, I needed special arrangements to 1) order and install a topper on the bed of my truck and 2) ship my truck via AML to AK where I live. The dealership was willing to store my truck while the topper was built and shipped to WA, and offered to drive my truck over to have the topper installed. The dealership also offered to drive my truck over to the AML shipping dock once all accessories were installed. They saved me a second trip down to WA to take care of all these miscellaneous items myself. They truly went above and beyond any service I was expecting from a car dealer. I can’t say thank you enough for making my buying experience truly positive and stress-free. More
