Michael's Toyota of Bellevue

I visited Michael's Toyota of Bellevue for an oil change and listened to the dashcam footage while the service was taking place. One technician was talking to another technician stating that they scratched and listened to the dashcam footage while the service was taking place. One technician was talking to another technician stating that they scratched one of the wheels. One of the wheels was in fact scratched, however, the service manager Yuriy claims this happened "on the ride back home". I have clear video and audio evidence of the technicians conversations stating that they scratched the wheel, but the dealership will not take accountability. My son and I recently visited Michael's Toyota of Bellevue in search of a new Toyota Rav4. AWD. Recognizing my son needed a car sooner rather than later he showed us several used certified Rav4's as a viable alternative. He also let him test drive the Rav 4 car to get a feel for how it handled. My son and I both appreciated Christian's honesty and willingness to take the time to explain the current Rav 4 shortage and how long we would need to wait for the car to arrive, Some salesman tell you what you want to hear and are dishonest with delivery times to simply close the sale, however Christian was honest and told us the best case and worst case scenario, Christian has been at Michaels for many years and his knowledge and command of the cars he is selling are outstanding, We opted to go with a different dealership because they had the car on the lot, however I am confident had Michaels had the car he was looking for we would have purchased it there. More

They got me what I wanted within a very timely manner however when it came to my payment there was other issues that arised. This included a "we don't know where your allocation went" & after notifying however when it came to my payment there was other issues that arised.
