From the first call providing Michael the kind of car we were looking for & our budget to driving off the lot, we could not have been treated better. Michael thought through everything before we had to even think of it. He prepared everything that he could in advance of our purchase. We headed to the dealership on a Friday afternoon. Michael was on his way out but he waited for us to get there. By waiting he was possibly going to be late for his Father Daughter dance that evening. But everything was so well executed that we were in & out without a hitch and he was on his way with enough time for his special night. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Michael Lambert. I would also say that the Finance person and even the fabulous gal at the coffee/cookie counter made this the best experience!! More
