Couldn't write a better scenario for profound customer service if I was a screenwriter! Every action by the above-mentioned employees was on-point and reassuring. 'Special mention' has to go to Jeremy though. His e-z, laid-back style might give some pause but, my opinion is, he's a consummate professional who reeeally knows his stuff and will leave 'no stone unturned' to ensure the customers' satisfaction; overall, a great team.
