Environmental impact is very important to me, so when I went car shopping after four years without a car, I looked at the Leaf and some fuel efficient gas-powered cars at other dealerships. Travis Lunsford showed me several Leafs and went over numerous details with great patience. Unlike some salespeople I encountered elsewhere, he never exerted any pressure whatsoever. Best of all, he listened carefully to what mattered to me. I was concerned that though the Leaf''s driving range would be plenty for my daily needs, I would have to rent a conventional car for road trips. Adding that cost would nudge the Leaf beyond what I wanted to spend. Travis and Rick Simonette came up with a creative solution -- they offered me a rental car from their fleet free for 7 days once a year during the three years of my lease. That convinced me to go ahead with the deal. Not only did their idea address my needs, it sent the message that they really listen to their customers.
