He made sure my appointment was made without interruption to my work schedule and the service was scheduled for a Saturday afternoon. His service advising included taking care of a recall for my vehicle that I knew nothing about, in additional to the oil change. Mr. Burke is always courteous, professional, personable and very knowledgeable with the Nissan product. He is an exceptional communicator and always very patient. Mr. Burke always provides me with quality customer service and follows up with me in a timely fashion. I met Mr. Burke in 2011 when I purchased my first vehicle; when it was time for my car to be service, he was my service advisor for the first time. My car was service in a timely fashion; however, Mr. Burke made sure that I was aware of all the maintenance services that would be done to my car and I was literally in and out within 45 mins. Because of my positive experience with working with this individual, I have only requested that Mr. Burke be my service advisor when I am making my maintenance appointments. Moreover, since meeting Mr. Burke, he has demonstrated a consistent desire to perform to the best of his ability, regularly going above, and beyond the requirement of this position. Because he has a predilection for working with his customers, I believe the aforementioned information is a reflection that Mr. Burke takes his job seriously. He is a person of morals, ethics, and his qualities as an employer of the Nissan Dealership, ranks at the highest level. However, I was refereed to Mr. Wilson and it was undoubtedly the best experience that I ever had. The process was smooth and I literally filled out the application that morning, and Mr. Wilson called me and told me that I could pick up my new 2011 Altima that afternoon. I have only had three positive experiences with buying a car, and Mr. Wilson is the reason for two of them. He is friendly, outgoing, approachable, and definitely has a predilection for making sure that his customers are satisfied. In addition, I upgraded my car to a 2013 Altima SL in December of 2013, and I had another positive experience when buying a new car from Mr. Wilson. A great salesman like Raheem is the reason why I keep coming back to Nissan! Thanks Raheem for your exceptional service and Nissan for being one of the best dealerships in the Triangle area. I believe wholeheartedly that Nissan's are the best cars and I choose not to drive any other vehicle. More

Being a female, I like how he is never pushy or exaggerated with service recommendations; and how he doesn't insult my knowledge and/or lack of knowledge of mechanical issue. I appreciate how Mr. Bass shows me via the vital fluids analysis indicator test what fluids need to be changed now and what's coming up soon. I like how Mr. Bass helps me prioritize the repairs on my Altima being that I am on a limited budget. He epitomizes integrity, excellence, and good customer service. I appreciate how he listens to what you say is wrong with your vehicle before trying to suggest solutions. Mr. Bass treats other by the golden rule. His promised completion of service time is right on (if it's going to be awhile he will tell you and not lie to you with quick wait times). However, my frequent oil changes and tire rotations are normally done in 30mins or less. Ongoing, I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, tabletop convenience, and abundance of Keurig drinks. More
