During my initial intake, the agent told me that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I wouldn’t have brought it in for service unless there was an issue. The dealership should have worked to duplicat was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I wouldn’t have brought it in for service unless there was an issue. The dealership should have worked to duplicate the problem, but expected me to do it instead, which I did. That resulted in my vehicle being in service for 55 days, for which I had to constantly follow up to get an update. Poor experience and customer service. More
