Went online to setup service for an issue I had with a charge cable for my 2019 Bolt EV. Would have gone to another dealer closer to my home in homestead but this was the only one with appointments availa charge cable for my 2019 Bolt EV. Would have gone to another dealer closer to my home in homestead but this was the only one with appointments available. I also made sure to choose one with an EV mechanic onsite as shows on website. The website should not allow you to make an appointment for an EV if there is NO EV mechanic onsite. How does this make sense? Drove 45 miles to this dealer just for them to tell me the EV guy wasn't even there and not returning till Monday. They declined to check the charge cable for issues. Mind you its as simple as connecting the charge cable to my car or ANY EV onsite to confirm it was defective then order a new one. I even had a know working cable so they can compare. They refused to even look at it. They wanted me to leave the car!!!!!!! I convinced them to hold onto the cable and open up a service request so that when the EV mechanic comes back on Monday he can take a look at it. A week goes by and no contact from dealer. I call back and ask for an update and was left on hold for several minutes. They didnt have any info on my service request. They asked for my info and for me to leave a message so they can ask the service advisor to call me. I waited a few days and no call. Once again I call and they ask me to leave another message for the advisor. Wait another few days and nothing. I get frustrated and ask for a manager, Thats when I am told that the cable was defective and that the service advisor was ordering a new one. Not a word from the advisor to me directly. Why wasn't i updated?? He gave me the advisors information and phone number. I wait another week and no contact. I text the service advisor and he said yes he order and should be here today. That was july 12th. I wait 2 days and text again. This time he says it should be here tomorrow. So I wait a few more days. Then comes July 19th and I text again. No response. July 20th i text again. No response. Finally on Friday July 20th he sends me a text that my charge cable is ready to be picked up. I pass by on Saturday morning and he is not even there. I had to speak with the manager again so that he can contact the service advisor and figure out where the new charge cable was and where was the info for my service request. All in all its been a nightmare. What started off as a simple charge cable replacement under warranty quickly turned into a month long pain in the xxx. Its sad how these service advisors treat customers when they know they not getting any commission in return. This needs to change or else the customer service will continue to be xxxxe. Give service advisors incentives to treat customers the same way regardless of how much money they will be making off of it. Homeboy is not even listed on the service department advisors. So even if i wanted to call him out and leave a star rating I couldn't. I wonder why????????? More

Sin embargo cuestionó que se me rotaran las llantas pues uno de los rings está raudo y estaba en el mismo lugar cuando se me entregó el aut servicio. Supuestamente una lavada de cortesía y el auto lo entregan chorreando agua que cuando se seca queda manchado. La vez anterior pusieron el sticker que indica el próximo cambio de aceite, esta vez ni se molestaron en verlo. No cubren los asientos. Aunque debo decir que el tiempo de espera fue menor que el estimado a la hora de la entrega. More
