Thank you Dairon Ochoa - always friendly and very helpful. Also, the nice lady that takes the payment. I don't remember her name but she's worked there for a while. helpful. Also, the nice lady that takes the payment. I don't remember her name but she's worked there for a while. More

My car was It took them over 3 months to fix my vehicle. Poor communication. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership. My car was down at the dealership for repairs for over 4 months. We first took it there in June because the vehicle didn't start. After inspection and diagnosis, it came down to almost $2k to repair; I was hesitant, but I didn't want to switch to a new vehicle (despite receiving several calls from salespeople at the dealership instead of looking to fix it) Unfortunately, there are no recalls in my 2015 Durango, so we went ahead and paid to get this fixed and run my vehicle for a few more years. After 3 weeks, we called and they told us that the vehicle was ready, no calls from them beforehand. We went, got the Durango back, and a week later the car didn't start again... We had to get the vehicle towed again to the dealership (July). By this time, the managers and mechanics were familiar with the case; hence this is how we kept getting transferred from one manager to the other every time we would go there to ask about the vehicle. I had to go there personally with my son because no one would give me a call back. Then in August, we were told that the vehicle needed a replacement for a part that rarely goes bad, so it had to be ordered from the factory and we would have to wait about a month and a half or two in order to get the car back. Keep in mind this is my daily driver, we kept the vehicle there. In October, I called Steven to get an update on the car and I was promised to get a call back, which again never happened but at least he picked up the phone unlike other managers. Went there personally, I was told that they installed the part but the vehicle was facing the same issue. Their mechanics team is not prepared enough to give proper diagnosis, our time keeps getting wasted for this long. They said they were going to test/troubleshoot possible electrical issues. Never heard back. After a long tiresome wait, we decided to contact FCA Customer Care. Jennifer handled our case so quickly that within the same week we had the Durango back. No explanations provided other than "Center-intelligent power". I've been driving it for 2 weeks now and it seems to be fixed this time for good. Thank you for reading. More
