The part for my vehicle is still unavailable. When asked about the status of the part the answer is always backordered. No one could also figure out the issue with MitsubishiConnect feature. ****BEWARE**** I’ve been living a nightmare with this dealership since November 2023. They are completely ghosting my calls for the past month and a half and they still have my car. Nightmare began with Eddy, my car was there for a month and he lied many times about when it will be done, turns out it was never even touched. I escalated the situation to Enrique and he’s lied to me as well and he’s the one who isn’t calling me back. I’ve even tried emailing his manager Elvis Gamez and of course no response. I’ve tried talking to the sales department, service department and finance department and nobody seems to be working. DO NOT buy your car from here, this dealership doesn’t care at all. More
The service department is absolutely horrible! !! I had an appointment.for an oil change and because my tire sensor was not working. I explained I could come Tuesday but was availble Wednesday and he said no problem. When I get there Wednesday morning he was busy on the phone and on the food truck, he was told he had a customer waiting and still ignored me. when he finally comes he says he has to check on the part. he then notifies me the part isn't there because it's running late and he will call or text me in a day or two to let me know it arrived, he also says it should be there by Saturday the latest. so Saturday comes and I hear nothing so I call to find out if the part arrived. The Service receptionist tells me I need to speak to Noel but he's unavailable and she'll have him call me. Tuesday comes and still no call, I try call multiple times.no one answers then when some does answer I ask to speak to the.manager I'm then transfered to Voice-mail, Leave a.mesdage with my contact info requesting a return call. Now a week and a half later, still Nothing!!! I've always owned a Toyota and their service is impeccable, My first time owning a chevy and this is Horrible!! More

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT Line in December for my daughter, a replacement to a Kia she totaled in an accident. A few days after we left my daugh I purchased a 2024 Kia K5 GT Line in December for my daughter, a replacement to a Kia she totaled in an accident. A few days after we left my daughter noticed tire pressure was low so put air in. This went on for a couple weeks before she told me. I looked and didn't see any nails but took to a Goodyear dealer by my house. They took off the tire inspected and said they found no nails and maybe the bead was broken, and also replaced the stem valve. The tire was still losing air. So I took to back to the dealer. They stated the tire was defective. I asked them to replace under the tire warranty, they refused and said I needed to pay for a new tire. Even though they claimed the tire was defective. I reached out to the General manager and the sales manager, ZERO response, no return calls, no answer to emails nothing. This is a dealer that once the paperwork is signed you are on your own. They couldn't care any longer. I looked up the tire warranty (as they never included it in the new car) and it stated if defective the dealer will work with Pirelli to correct it. Not this dealer. They flat our refused and told me I needed to contact the tire manufacturer. Which I did, and guess what? ZERO response from them too. I ended up at Tire King and was out $250 for a new tire. SO I repeat STAY AWAY FROM MIAMI LAKEA AUTO MALL. They do not stand behind your purchase. More
