There needs to be better oversight on the service department . I brought my vehicle in 1 evening due to it having issues and waited a few or so days for feedback/updates that i didn’t receive. So i department . I brought my vehicle in 1 evening due to it having issues and waited a few or so days for feedback/updates that i didn’t receive. So i had to continuously call to the service department to get updates. I would be told or promised it would be finished on different days to have it fall through and amidst all of this going on i had to rent several vehicles to stay afloat of my schedule such as going to work and medical appointments. Representative kirby did his best to help through the madness but the way the service department being ran needs to be changed and organized. No one should have to go through the headache i went through when i really tried to be patient. More
