The issues I had are in the previous email. See below I took my car in for an oil change and to have them change the settings on my dashboard. I explained to the service advisor, Devin Alonzo everything I needed done. He seemed so unconcerned and nonchalant, no personality and didn't seemed like he wanted to be there. When I was checking out the cashier, Jessica gave me a service rating to complete. I told her that I usually receive the survey by email. She said ok but fill this out. When I got to my car it was not washed and then dashboard was not corrected. I went back to Jessica and took my survey back. Over the years Miami Lakes service department customer service has gone down, way down.
