This was my worst experience with the Miami Lakes Service Department. I’ve been going to the Miami Lakes Automall service department since 2015. Let’s just say everything that could have gone wrong went wron Department. I’ve been going to the Miami Lakes Automall service department since 2015. First, I brought my car in at 8:45… and then the dealership had 4 cars ahead of me… after 3 hours later I noticed the car was moved back. When I approached my service representative he informed me “I’m behind my desk… I’m not following what’s going on out of my line of sight. If you don’t tell me what’s going on with your car… I won’t be able to help you”… he then proceeded to move my vehicle to be serviced next. Now, my car was put on the lift… while the car lifted it shifted as it looked like it was going to fall from the lift. Luckily this did not occur. When I received my vehicle, the complimentary inspection and fluid top-off did not occur. The window sticker stating when to return for my next service was not placed in my vehicle and finally, the service department didn’t even add air to my tire… of course, this was missed because they didn’t perform the inspection. Now let’s talk about the lack of attention to detail on paperwork. The service member did not know I was driving a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox, he serviced my vehicle thinking I was driving a 2015 vehicle. The VIN on my paperwork was incorrect. When I requested an itemized receipt my representative could not verbalize nor provide any details on my service. Let's talk about how that oversight from my service agent caused a slight hardship my having one payment fully processed of 138.00 and later He realized after I drove off the property and made it halfway to my home that he quoted me incorrectly. That meant I had to return to the dealership and have the initial charge returned. Afterward charged another amount of 232.00. So what's the impact here? It's simple, my bank processed the 138 and the 232 and two days later returned the refunded amount of 138!. This is extremely inconvenient when I was setting money aside for Christmas shopping. I had to wait for all the funds to be fully clear to start my Christmas shopping. Miami Chevrolet, you could better! I know you can because I've used your services for the past few years. Elvis the service manager, tried to make things right. He requested a member named Luis to check on my car and put the sticker that was missing and check the tire in my car. Let's just say that even after it was returned to me the tires were not looked at. In short...check-in time 8:45 am and final check out time 2:30 pm (6hrs for a single oil change) More

I will continue to go to Miami Lakes as long as Elvis is there. He always take care of my car and is a very honest when there is something wrong with my car, normally dealerships likes to take a advantage there. Solo puedo decir que son unos ladrones, dicen que hacen el servicio no lo hacen como la rotacion de las gomas te lo cobran y no lo hacen a mi esposa no se lo hicieron y a mi cuando les dije que había merc el servicio no lo hacen como la rotacion de las gomas te lo cobran y no lo hacen a mi esposa no se lo hicieron y a mi cuando les dije que había mercado las gomas que lo hice, fue que dijeron que se equivocaron y entonces lo hicieron, estuve desde las 7:30 De la mañana sin nadie y 2 horas después mi carro listo pero sin rotacion las gomas y PAGANDO EL "PAQUETE QUE VENDEN CON GARANTIAS" mentira lo que dicen y al final ladrones que no hacen el servicio. Si pudiera dar una puntuacion -10. No lo recomiendo para nada.. MARQUEN LAS GOMAS PARA QUE VEAN QUE NO SE LO HACEN Y CON EL FILTRO DEL ACEITE TAMBIÉN NO LO CAMBIAN. More
