Dealership and management is not good. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks. The parts department staff has no customer Service etiquette. Time after time, they ignore the c I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks. The parts department staff has no customer Service etiquette. Time after time, they ignore the calls and when they answer, they tell you to “hold” but in reality they send you to voice mail. I have left over a dozen voicemails and not even the decency of a response. After 2 weeks of non-responsiveness, I left work early, showed up and employee tells me cut and dry to wait at home for a response. Totally unacceptable. I proceeded to contact a Sofia lady who allegedly supervises the Parts department and again, left several voicemails at their direct line with no response. A dealer that only cares about selling you a car, but falls into this gross lack of respect for your time and effort, is NOT worth the business. Bad reputation. Note to management: I’m sure I’m not the only one, you are losing customers and future deals. More

The service department of Miami lakes auto mall is the worst . My 2024 high country had a recall for some part of the motor I brought it in almost a month ago Nicolas is the one in charge but he never cal worst .
