Horrible customer service, and extremely disrespectful. I dropped my truck off on a Saturday, I was told they were short staffed, I understood, but I was told the car would be looked at the upcoming Monday I dropped my truck off on a Saturday, I was told they were short staffed, I understood, but I was told the car would be looked at the upcoming Monday. Monday, I waited all day no call, so I called Steve Brundidge to get an update. First, when I got a hold of him he told me he was waiting on parts for my car, obviously a lie since I didn't approved any repairs and he didn't even give me a diagnostic, he was clearly trying to get rid of me, and this person is supposed to be the assistant manager. I told him to pull my file and give me an accurate update, when he did he tell me that the car was not even looked at after being there the entire day and that it would be another day, not acceptable, so I told him to get the recalls addressed and I would pick up the car the next day in the morning. I called and left a call for the manager, obviously not even a call back. Basically, my car was at the dealer for two days was never looked at for the issues I took it there for, and they didn't even perform the curtesy inspection. A waste of my time.....will be taking my vehicle to another dealer even if I have to drive longer. I don't deal with dishonest people like this Steven. this place has gone down the toilet........ We went to Miami Lakes Kia looking to buy a car- Kia Forte. The dealership itself is small, looks disorganized and dirty. While the sales rep was very helpful and accommodating, the sales manager was no Forte. The dealership itself is small, looks disorganized and dirty. While the sales rep was very helpful and accommodating, the sales manager was not and this rating is for him. The mark up to their vehicles was excessive, they were quoting us $31+ thousand (OTD) for a $22+(MSRP) base car without packages. When we tried to negotiate to remove dealer add-ons that we don’t want, he has the gall to tell us he won’t because they need to make some profit ( I am pretty sure under FTC regs that was illegal!) So, we walked away and never turned back. And don’t believe the advertised prices they have on their website, it’s a hoax aimed to bait people in. Stay away from this dealership! They don’t even deserve the one star. More
