Purchased new car on 5/17. Salesman could not locate second key fob. Have gone there several times, no one has a clue on how to get me another key fob. I still have no key. Mitsubishi manager was less than useless trying to help get me a key. The truth is if my local dealer had the color I wanted I would not have gone to your dealership. I will never buy a car from there ever again and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. In almost 50 years of buying cars I have never seen has horrible customer service. More
I scheduled a repair due to a Kia recall. I arrived at 7:00am and after a wait, was told that the required part will need to be ordered and someone will contact me. Let me start off by saying I’ve had a lot of good and bad experience with dealerships but this one’s gotta be the worst. To start off I stopped by the Miami Lakes Chevrolet dealership yesterday to see if the experience with dealerships but this one’s gotta be the worst. To start off I stopped by the Miami Lakes Chevrolet dealership yesterday to see if they had a 2024 White Traverse Z71 available and my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) stated that they had one available and that the vehicle was in transit and set to arrive today. So I touched base with my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) today and he stated that the vehicle had arrived and was available. So I told my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) that I would be leaving West Palm Beach at 1p to purchase the vehicle. So after my 2 hour drive I arrive at the Miami Lakes Chevrolet dealership where my salesman (Ramon Rodriguez) said that the vehicle was currently being purchased by someone else. The level of inconsideration and disrespect from not only the salesman but the worthless general manager (Lazaro Velez) were on another level. Stay far away from this dealership they have no respect or consideration for their customers. More

When I bought my car, it was missing the piece that covers the rear seat mechanism. This man promised to deliver the piece to us in a week. It's been a month since the purchase and every week when my husband goes it's always a different story to not deliver the piece. I hope no one else thinks to trust people like this. More
