The first time I took my Jeep I took it in for a dead battery, rear camera not aliened, radio not working, when you stop the car it would not stop the engine and an oil change. I was told that it would b battery, rear camera not aliened, radio not working, when you stop the car it would not stop the engine and an oil change. I was told that it would be ready in 5 days or less on the 6 day I call Steven 3 time and left one text. Finally I got a call back that the car was ready. After I get there the girl on the counter tells me that the only thing listed was the oil change and that they order a new radio. I told Steven and he told me that the rear camera was good and the on and of when you stop the car was OK. I told him that he need to come with me to look at it because it was not OK. As he sent them to bring me the car it did not start. They never changed the battery. Now I had to wait over an hour to get the battery installed. I was told that the radio would arrive in 6 days or less. I don't get a call so I call again I had to call multiple times and finally Steven finally calls be back that it is ready and it would take 20 minutes to put the radio and adjust the rear camera. When I get there Stephen is not at his desk another representative calls him. He says to wait that he is on his way. Around 10 or 15 minutes later I ask another device associate to please have them put the new radio on, reprogram my SiriusXM and alien the rear camera. Around an hour later the mechanic tells me that the new radio is on and SiriusXM was transferred, yet the alignment of the camera would take long to bring it back. I go to my car and check Sirius. Sirius was not working. I come in and asked to see the mechanic in reference to activating Sirius. The Service rep tells me that he did put it on yet it takes 24 hours. By this time Steven had never gotten back to his desk. 2 days later I still had no Sirius service. I called Sirius and it had never been transferred. My camera is still not aliened. Terrible service More
