I went in with the vehicle in mind already. Transaction was somewhat smooth but what’s upsetting is that after the purchase of the vehicle, hours later the battery died. I had to call for roadside assistant to get a jump. Next day, in the morning sure enough the battery again was dead and had to get another jump in order to go back to the dealer and have the battery replaced. This to me is a huge client service break as “they had done their inspection to all used vehicle” to make sure it’s ready for selling. Since they already knew I went in wanting this vehicle, there was very little effortless in the transaction, I was an easy client in and out. On top of that, my mistake and I overlooked at the time of test driving the SUV, the glove compartment was broken. The handle/door came right off when I opened it the following day. Again, where was this during their “inspection”. I told this to the person who assisted ne with the sale and he said he was going to talk to the manager…weeks have gone by and no response. The part to replace with ford cost 500 dollars. Even though this was an oversight on my end, they need to take full responsibility. Make note this will be reported to the BBB. Finally, the financing person told me that each vehicle they sell “automatically” comes with LoJack and interior and paint warranty. Again, my mistake for signing quickly but the after I read the papers it clearly states on their print that this is OPTIONAL and at no given moment a requirement for the sale/transaction. This easily could have put me right under $240 monthly payment I wanted but RJ insisted it’s part of the vehicle being sold. Honestly only reason I went her is because it’s where the car I wanted was being sold. First and last I use them. More
