Service department did a great disservice to themselves and obviously to me. I made an appointment to drop off car, from 7:40 until 8:57am I was there apparently waiting for the process of getting a loaner and obviously to me. I made an appointment to drop off car, from 7:40 until 8:57am I was there apparently waiting for the process of getting a loaner, it never happened, after that I spoke to even the manager over the phone, but end of the long painful deal, I had to take my car to a different dealer.. sill not Sure what the reason was they did not help me.
