Nevercoming to that shop responded

You couldve assisted when my truck sat there for more than 10 days and i still had to take it to another shop and they fixed it in one day while i lost work because of your neglect. You lost your chance, no one in your service department answers the phone people have to call and plead to the sales staff to get an answer. Ive never had such a terrible experience at a dealership.
