I ordered and paid a key fob in Janaury, expected delivery in June. I have been calling the Parts Departmen for 6 weeks on a daily basis. Nobody answers the phone. I have tried 3 times in their web s delivery in June. I have been calling the Parts Departmen for 6 weeks on a daily basis. Nobody answers the phone. I have tried 3 times in their web site writing to a customer service rep. Three times promised to come back to me. Never did. I'll have to drive 15 miles to ask personally. I came in with an appt and they took the car in 1 hour later and took about 3 overall. I asked to check on a leak that I notice on the truck and once they turned it back I was told they forgot about it. A later and took about 3 overall. Overall, not too happy. I even purchased the 3 year plan and this is my first experience there. I wonder how the walk ins do.
