I just thought that someone should know that my experience so far with the Collision Center is going very well for my 2007 Sante Fe AWD GLS. I had one of my tires with a bubble in it and it cost $220 for the new Michelin, I called and got info from Brian to contact Michelin and then I asked him to call them and explain the circumstances and was able to get $80.00 back. The service department has been consistently excellent in the the years I have had my Hyundai vehicles serviced there. None of the work I have had done there on the car has ever needed to be repeated or cor the the years I have had my Hyundai vehicles serviced there. None of the work I have had done there on the car has ever needed to be repeated or corrected due to incomplete, incorrect or deficient workmanship. The service on my vehicle has always been done on time and within the estimate provided in advance by the service manager. More
I would say the dealership is ok, but getting regular service is more expensive than at a none dealer. I would definetly go back for regular service if ,for example, an oil change was $21.95 rather tha service is more expensive than at a none dealer. I have always found the service staff to be very helpful and friendly and they have only recommended only those service things that had to be taken care of.They go the extra mile which I appreciate. At the end of every service visit they wash and vacuum the car at no additional cost. Not only that,but have told me not to hesitate bringung in the cars anytime they need a washing.Those are the little things that make a big difference. More
I have dealt with two other dealerships in my lifetime and NONE of them can compare with Herb Connolly. At Herb-Connolly every time I call for service the are very cooperative to get me in when it is conv and NONE of them can compare with Herb Connolly. At Herb-Connolly every time I call for service the are very cooperative to get me in when it is convenient to me. When I arrive they remember my name are very courteous and sociable. They give me a time when the car should be done and so far it is done by that time. When I'm waiting for the car.I am kept informed of the progress of my car and if there is any problems (last time I had a leaking gasket causing my check engine light to be on) they come in and explain it to me. When I first bought my car I visited the Hyundai dealership in Leominster. I had a very bad experience there, so it has been wonderful dealing with Herb-Connolly. When it comes time for me to look for another car as long as my wonderful experiences continue(which I KNOW they will) I will be at Herb-Connolly to buy it.Thanks for the continued good experiences.Elaine M. Everything went fine during the servicing of our vehicle. It just took a lot longer than we were told it was going to take. The people are all very polite and considerate. I have purchased 4 Hyundai's from this dealership and have enjoyed the experience of purchasing the cars here and, more importantly, servicing the cars here. The staff is professional, courteous and competent. No matter the issue I get a "can do" attitude from Felipe and Brian...they always find a way to get the job done with the least amount of hassle to our daily lives. The Connolly family have always done a fantastic job taking care of my family's driving needs and I have recommended them over the years to many friends and co workers and have been Thanked for it everytime!
