Very disappointed in this dealership and its service center. I purchased a new Hyundai Ionic 5 in May 2023 and have fewer than 10,000 miles on the car. I was told in early May that I should have the tires rotated (covered under my service warranty). After the rotation, my car started shaking at speeds over 60 mph. I thought the balancing needed to be adjusted and brought the car back in. Instead, I was told that the tires were defective. The inner part of the Michelin tires (on the car when I purchased it) had disengaged from the tire itself and was creating the noise and shaking. The inner part was there to help distribute the added weight of the electric battery. Michelin agreed to give me new tires (although my service technician, William Kramer, insisted that they might not). But the dealership charged me $120 to put the tires on, charging me for fixing a problem created by them . When I complained I was told that someone had to pay the technician for putting the tires on. I believe the appropriate payer should have been the dealer. Metrowest Hyundai sold me a car with defective tires. More
I went in because of a non-working radio and screen. The service rep Bill was very helpful. He wasn’t sure how long the diagnostics would take but offered me a Lyft back to my house and back if I didn’t want to wait. I decided to wait a couple of hours first, at which time the problem was fixed. Turns out it was a rare but easy to address issue with a reset which he showed me how to do. He also fixed another minor tech issue that was out of synch. All in all, very efficient and professional service. More
They called me yesterday to let me know that my car repair was complete and that there was an additional $1299 charge, after the almost 15k service that's already paid for. I questioned the additional repair was complete and that there was an additional $1299 charge, after the almost 15k service that's already paid for. I questioned the additional charge and contacted my insurance company. Today, less than 24 hours after their first call, Beatriz called me threatening to call the police on me if I didn't return the loaner by the end of the day today, screaming at me and being very very rude. Everyone I've been dealing with since January, when I started all this process, was very deceitful and unprofessional: Bill, Brian and Beatriz. But yeah, as Brian told me today, "why did you came here, then? You should have taken your car somewhere else", so that's my advice for you too! More

I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. I was told 2 hour wait. After 2 & 1/2 hour I was told my car would be ready in 10 minutes. A half later I again asked for my car & was told by Krvin I was told 2 hour wait. After 2 & 1/2 hour I was told my car would be ready in 10 minutes. A half later I again asked for my car & was told by Krvin DeFrancesco to go back to the waiting area because I was creating a disturbance. I was not belligerent, abuse or disruptive-I merely asked for my car back. Kevin then told me my car was in the middle of there lot but they couldn’t bring it because they had misplaced the ignition key. About 5 minutes later Kevin said “ we a found your key, but I have bad news-after waiting for over 3 hours they hadn’t done anything to service my vehicle. Anyone who comes to this dealership for anything is crazy!! More
service department charges outrageous amount for simple task that took < 10 minutes. I think paying $45 to take off a locking lug nut and replace it with a standard lug nut is ridiculous. They spent more t task that took < 10 minutes. I think paying $45 to take off a locking lug nut and replace it with a standard lug nut is ridiculous. They spent more time trying to figure out how to turn a simple task into a $2000 job. I realize they want to point out other tasks that are needed. However, I only asked to remove the lug nut that had the key with a standard lug nut. The charge was $15 for the new lug nut and $30 for the screwing. This is why folks do not want a dealer to service their car. The people were nice, the charges were outrageous. I should have just used vice grips to remove the lug nut that came with the car from the dealer and gone to Autozone, where a single lug nut costs $3.50. More
Unprofessional and inept. Astoundingly poor service, I really don't know how they stay in business. Rather than repairing the car, they exacerbate the damage. The manager, D Astoundingly poor service, I really don't know how they stay in business. Rather than repairing the car, they exacerbate the damage. The manager, Dan, is unresponsive and fails to return calls. In the end, I had my car's issues fixed at another dealer, and Hyundai Corp got involved. More
