Not only am I pleased with my new car but looking back I was also extremely satisfied with the entire buying experi Connolly and couldn't be happier. We were looking for a Santa Fe on the internet for about 2 weeks. We found a couple we were interested in (color and model). Herb Connolly was stop #2 on a list of 4. My wife and I stopped in on Friday and took one out for a test drive. Sales person Peter McManus was very helpful and pleasant. Returned Saturday with my son who wanted to check it out. He insisted we were going to go to all 4 dealers. Well needless to say, we never did. Peter introduced us to Eric Porter. About 20 minutes later we were the owners of a Santa Fe, exactly what we wanted, car - price - everything, mostly due to the people there. We left feeling not like customers, but old friends. I have dealt with two other dealerships in my lifetime and NONE of them can compare with Herb Connolly. At Herb-Connolly every time I call for service the are very cooperative to get me in when it is conv and NONE of them can compare with Herb Connolly. At Herb-Connolly every time I call for service the are very cooperative to get me in when it is convenient to me. When I arrive they remember my name are very courteous and sociable. They give me a time when the car should be done and so far it is done by that time. When I'm waiting for the car.I am kept informed of the progress of my car and if there is any problems (last time I had a leaking gasket causing my check engine light to be on) they come in and explain it to me. When I first bought my car I visited the Hyundai dealership in Leominster. I had a very bad experience there, so it has been wonderful dealing with Herb-Connolly. When it comes time for me to look for another car as long as my wonderful experiences continue(which I KNOW they will) I will be at Herb-Connolly to buy it.Thanks for the continued good experiences.Elaine M.
