Was trying to sell my car privately, when they reached out saying how interested they were in buying my vehicle at my set price. I was extremely thorough on my private listing about the current state of t out saying how interested they were in buying my vehicle at my set price. I told them I was an hour away and not to waste my time, but I get there and they tell me they don't even want the car because of a scratch on the car which was explicitly outlined and received its own close-up photo on my listing. Bunch of idiots. Not surprised. Reading reviews below I'm not the first person this happened to either. BEWARE More
Trash Dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. Had a 9:30 appointment for 2 recalls (thanks Hyundai). When making appointment was told 90 mins. Watch out for these guys! On a Hyundai Venue I offered 21000.00 on a 22335.00 car that did not include any of the rebates and incentives offered thru Hyundai. This family owned dealership is so crooked that they let 85.00 kill a deal. I also offered to finance with them and pay a reasonable doc fee. The dealership had the car I wanted so I drove 3 hours to look at it. I had made an appointment on a specific car, however, when I got there there was already somebody looking at the car. The ended up not buying it but that was definitely frustrating. Further, all the cars were marked 5k over MSRP which was not advertised online. I was able to work out a deal but the communication was not great. I found out after the papers were signed that I would not be able to bring the car home that day and had to wait a week for it to be delivered. More
Tried gouging me with the vehicle upcharge, I don't accept this excuse since they make money on the spread between Invoice, MSRP and admin fees(neverminded the kickbacks from the manufacturer).
