We purchased a Hyundai Azera on 9-1-10. Prior to visiting dealerships we sought price quotes. Herb Connolly Hyundai gave us the lowest quote for an Azera. In between driving the car and making our final decision we received very little pressure from Roy (in sharp contrast to salesmen from other dealership where we evaluated the competition).There were minor issues with the preparation of the car for pick-up. Roy and his manager bent over backwards to address the issue and offered free extended services as compensation for the (minor)inconvenience. Overall a great experience. More

When I walked in the door I was greeted by Roy. He was very friendly and welcoming. He asked what I was looking for and was very quick in pulling around the Santa Fe that I was interested in. He went over everything in the car with me before we went on a test drive. He was very respectful and courtious. He also was very informative about the car. He didn't pressure me when i told him i had an appointment at honda to look at crvs. he did bring over the owner to go over some numbers with me and gave me his cell phone number to call if i didn't like the honda. when i went to honda bernardi i was immediately turned off by the sales staff. after seeing the contrast between the two dealers, I was even more certain that I wanted to buy my car from roy at herb connelly hyundai. I would recommend them to anybody. More

I was pretty set on either buying a Hyundai Elantra Touring or a Kia Soul. I knew what I wanted to pay and had a good quote from Kia as a backup. Justin pulled out the car I wanted to look at right away and began pointing out the features. He was very knowledgeable and told me some things I didn't know, even after having done my own research. He was patient with us (did I mention I had a two year old with me?) :) and we went out for a test drive. At that point, I really wanted to buy the car, but they had to make the numbers work. Justin and Easton worked together to find me a very good deal. I have been shopping for this car for about 6 months, in and out of pretty much every dealership (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Kia, and now Hyundai), and this was honestly the best I was treated. As a woman with a small child, a lot of salespeople and managers see this as an opportunity to put the pressure on, keeping you waiting for a long time, trying to intimidate you, etc. This is honestly the only place where I didn't feel any of that, from anyone. Everyone was genuinely friendly and kind, and the process was very pleasant. The final step was taking my husband in to look at the car and convince him. Justin was again very patient with us and went through the whole thing again with my husband, even staying really late to make sure that all of our questions were answered and all of the financing pieces were on point. Joe in the finance office was also terrific, friendly, and helpful. All in all, I am thrilled with the level of service we received and the kind attention to customer care that the sales and financing staff showed. I would buy from this dealer again and again.
