My wife and I typically dislike shopping for a new car primarily because of the annoying and time-wasting tactics used by the sales staff at many dealerships. To our suprise and delight, Herb Connolly Hyundai is different. There is no pressure to buy, they have an excellent product line (we purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited) and they were very patient and accomodating even though the place was very busy. You never feel rushed or pressured; we drove the car we were interested in several times over a few days with and without the sales person with us. They gave us a good amount for our trade-in and a very good price on the car. When we picked up the car, the process was efficient and thorough. Jimmy went through the features of the car in detail; even setting up our cell phones in the on-board blue tooth system. Thanks to his advice, I set up the home link for our garage in record time. I had a bad experience with another Hyundai Dealership in the area, but I really liked the Genesis Couple, so I decided to try Herb Connolly. I walked in, explained to Sean exactly what I wanted. He went to work with Management and quickly found a car that matched my specifications. When I warned them that the first dealership I talked to might have offered me the same car (it had about 5-6k miles) they reassured me that if that was the case, they would definitely not try to sell it to me. The next day, they confirmed that it was in fact the used "new" car I had found before. After expanding my search parameters, they again found a couple cars that matched my specs, including being Red or Mirabeau Blue, but had the Nav system as well. Knowing that I didn't want the Nav system, they gave me a little bit of a deal and informed me that I qualified for the Recent College Grad Program (better financing rate, slight rebate, this was something the previous dealership, with whom I'd been working for 3+ weeks, never mentioned). They got the car for me on lot 2 days later (the previous dealership tried and failed to get me a car 2 or 3 times), helped me with the financing paperwork and everything. Sean even called me a week later to check up on how I was liking the car and ask if I had any questions. My only complaint is that when negotiating, I was under the impression that my rebate would be applied after we agreed on a price, but when the paperwork came through, they included the rebate on their side. I didn't get a great price after factoring that in, but I'm perfectly satisfied with the car (including the extra Nav System), and the ease of the rest of the process made that a bearable sacrifice (even if it was slightly scummy). I explained to him I had a strict budget to work with and he went above & beyond to negotiate on my behalf with management (Eric). To make a long story short Sean came pretty close to my limit for a used car with no pressure to buy. While the vehicle took a while to be prepared for sale, Sean gave me a tour of the dealership's facility and explained to me the importance of the customer to Herb Connolly. While in the waiting room Sean checked on me several times and bought me a soda. I was also contacted by Sean the day after I bought the car to see if I or my wife had any questions, and to make sure we were happy. This is why I would highly recommend Herb Connolly of Framingham MASS to anybody who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Don't be afraid to ask for Sean as he is professional in every sense of the word. Thank you Herb Connolly!!!! More

After comparing, test driving, and researching several different similar size automobiles from various manufacturers, I had decided to purchase a Sonata. My only questions were whether to purchase an automatic or manual transmission, and which Hyundail dealership to purchase from. After deciding on the transmission, my next major requirement was color/options. David was able to quickly find a Sonata with the exact color/options that I wanted, and we very quickly settled on a price which I was extremely happy about. If looking for a Hyundai, I would highly recommend checking out Herb Connolly Hyundai. More

Customer service/sales still uses the two-man-tag-team model sales method (guy in the back room) for customer negotiations. Quality of work: Sales was willing to go over different pricing alternatives and patiently explained the billing multiple times. Very laid back and friendly sales-force willing to answer technical questions or find answers to inquiries. These guys are willing to provide quotes and are able to backoff from the customer enabling them to evaluate and negotiate in the future. We could've done a little better with price negotiations. However, my overall experience was pleasant and the final price lockdown was lower than initial sticker targets. If you come in prepared knowing the car and packages you want, these guys will make efforts to accommodate. More
