We regret your issue with the car and seriously want you to be fully satisfied with it. We performed the recommended fix that Hyundai has for this and the car was roadtested by the technician and the Service Manager personally. As this is still apparently a problem for you, we have escalated this and are working with Hyundai Customer Relations to come to a resolution for you.

While I believe the strut was replaced and the alignment done, the issue still remains. It is most pronounced at highway speeds, and I'm pretty sure the car was not roadtested on the highway.

It is indeed. And as I said I spoke to Eric who promised to honor the same prices and said he is leaving early and will tell his brother co- manager who came on the later shift. He took my paper email and allowed me to waste my time there promising me to honor the price. After totally wasting my time told me he will not honor it and told me I was foolish and did not read the fine print. Within 3 hours I was in Auburn and bought the car from Herb Chambers who was 1100% honest. As I bought a car from Connelly I can say you ARE LAIRS! I was not alone. My husband will say YOU ARE LIARS. Go ONLY to Herb Chambers.

The car was a 2011 Accent 3 door. Oh they knew it VERY well. I went in with money in hand, saw the car- was brought there under false pretenses. Herb Chambers was honest. They gave me what they told me. Herb Connelly lied to me. I told them on the phone do NOT ask me to go there and waste my time. I arrived and said DO NOT waste my time. I am here to buy. You WASTED my time. You had NO intention of honoring what Eric told me on the phone. Shame on these deceptive practices. I abhor them.

Do you remember that the car you asked for - the most basic Accent with an automatic and air conditioning which you specified and was agreed to. When you arrived (90 minutes later than you said would be there) you claimed it was a Premium Package car which is a significantly more expensive vehicle. This is verifiable through the notes and records of the call center which are dated and timestamped. Nobody has lied to you and the offer on the car that you asked for is good.

What more do I expect from you but lies. I spoke to your internet specialist on the phone who sent at 8:30 am who sent me an email with prices and told me that it was an AUTOMATIC. I spoke to Eric and he told me he would match it exactly. I went outside with your salesman who knew exactly what I wanted. Also I was not alone. Have you finished grilling me or shall I get an affidavit? In all honesty whomever is answering these questions is being childish. You lost out not only on my sale but one others as I sent two people to Herb Chambers to get the same deal. I was lied to by Eric but worse his brother. I do not blame the salesman. I do not think he is in on your schemes nor do I think the internet specialist is. However after this email I am going to personally speak to Herb Connolly and show him these emails back from you. Since when must I show up on time? I showed up more than 90 minutes late (and called to let you know which was a common courtesy). I think you should have email etiquette and actually read what you are writing me before you press the 'send button'. Remember I was NOT alone. I had another person with me who was privy to your lies. I got a fantastic deal at another place. I did tell Herb Chambers that Eric's brother badmouthed him telling us we were too innocent and being swindled. Shall I drive buy with my new accent and toot the horn that I bought for UNDER 10 thousand dollars? You are worse than my 11 year old students. You are sore looses and you are liars. If you continue harrassing me with your emails than I will personally make an appointment to meet with Mr. Connolly and point each of you out. I am not afraid of bullies like you.
