I purchased a 2011 Sonata Turbo from this dealership, and immediately experienced something that I have come to learn is a prevalent issue with these cars. They pull to the left at highway speeds. I brought my car back to remedy the situation, and was told that Hyundai recommended a new front strut with a different pitch. This part was put in, and the service department claimedd it drove straight. While the car drove better, it still drove to the left while driving in the left lane on the highway. There is no major highway near the dealership, so I doubt they actually tested it on a highway. As soon as you let go of the wheel, the car steers to the left. I brought the car back in again, and was told by the service department that the new electronic steering system is sensitive to the road, and that the alignment was within spec. At this point I'm going to further research the lemon law and determine what my options are for returning the car and getting a new one or a refund. More

Well I went to Herb Chambers and got a deal that you would think would be too good to be true. So Herb Connelly said that they would match it and it was reasonable. What a waste of time to be coerced down there under false pretenses. Did they think that letting me see the car I would get that it was a done deal? The lowest they went on the IDENTICAL car I bought at Chambers was $3,500 ABOVE the price. However they are liars. They are sleazy and even though I bought a car brand spanking new from them NEVER EVER again!!!! I am serious do not set foot in here unless you call Herb Chambers Hyundai first in Auburn. Then do not compare at Connelly. They care kings of sleaze. More

This is my first time in purchasing vehicle in the US. Although I really don't know what it is like to buy a car at other dealerships, it would not be better than at Herb connolly Hyundai. I came in this past Saturday to look at a Sonata Limited and test drive it. I was helped immediately by Greg in a very professional and friendly manner. When I arrived at the dealership Greg was busy helping another customer so he had me meet w/Jim O'Reilly who let me test drive the turbo version. I came to the dealership prepared to purchase that day if I was able to put together a deal w/the figures I had in mind. Jim wrote up the deal for the white limited Sonata and presented it to Eric. Initially we were $2,500. away from where I wanted to be but then Eric agreed to w/in $500. w/1 year of oil changes. Rather than go to another dealer I chose to make the deal even though I was still $500. away from where I wanted to be. I know I could have still pressed (as the car I purchased was a demo w/just under 5,000 miles) but I chose to just get it done because of the no nonsense and professionalsm of those helping me. I hate the car dealers that still in this day and age w/ALL the info. available to customers on line try to "play the games" and make car buying anything but pleasant. I have purchased soooo manay cars in my life thus far and really appreciate being treated fairly and honestly and that is what happened to me and I am sure that is why this dealership sells so many cars! Car buying does not have to be a drag but still today so many dealerships still practice the "old school stereotypical tricks" and I choose to not do business w/those dealerships. Greg, Jim and Eric made my car buying experience a pleasure and they are truly an asset to Herb Connolly. Thank you! More

I was unable to find the exact model/color combination for the car I wanted within 250 miles of the DC metro area. Local dealerships were unwilling to search for cars outside of their "trade" area. I found the exact car I wanted at Connolly Hyundai. I made a well researched offer which included the car value and my travel time/cost. The negotiations were candid and short lived. There was no gamesmanship. All paperwork was completed and in hand before I departed for Framingham. The dealership even picked me up at the airport. The car was ready when I arrived and it took less than 75 minutes to review the car and I was on my way. Six hours later (as I approached the Delaware Memorial Bridge) Jimmy called to see how my trip was going and if there were any car features that needed further explanation. This was my ninth car purchase and my third out of state distance buying experience (WA, PA, MA). I was pleased with all three but this was by far the best experience. Connolly Hyundai raised the bar. I interacted with a total of six staff members. All were polite, professional, and service oriented. Their goal was to meet my particular needs. Not only was the staff customer focused, they run a well oiled operation where the staff backs up each other. Its unfortunate they don't have a dealership in my local area. In my opinion, Connolly Hyundai is a quality enterprise. More
Peter and Doug found me a Sonata Limited 2.0T in the exact color I wanted with the navigation package when no other dealer in MA even had a turbo model in yet.
