I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2011 from Herb Connolly Hyundai in Framingham. Mike was my sales person, and he was very friendly, as well as knowledgeable in the cars. The sales managers (Eric, and Easton) were also both equally committed to helping me with the best deal they could offer! They went above and beyond, to give me a fair trade in value, as well as giving me a great deal on the new car!! I will definitely be returning to them when I am ready for a new car again (which hopefully will not be for a long time lol). This was my first new car purchase ever, and I can't say enough about how lucky I was to work with Wens! I came in several times over a period of a few months just to make sure this was what I really wanted enough about how lucky I was to work with Wens! He never once tried to push me into buying anything! Once I was finally ready to make the big purchase, I felt like Wens really went out of his way to make sure that I was well-taken care of! This personalized service and relationship even continued after my purchase as I subsequently came into the dealership for service, etc. Wens sat with me when I still had questions about the navigation system (2 months later!) and even helped me arrange appointments (setting up the courtesy rental car) when I had some body work done. Wens' personal attention and commitment to ensuring I was happy with my purchase (and that I still am happy), in addition to genuinely caring about me as a person, made my experience of buying my first car as best as it can be!
