MetroWest Hyundai responded

The customer purchased his vehicle over 4 months ago, registering it in another state. He did have a issue with the car losing power shortly afterward and the car was towed to our shop and repaired. We offered him a loaner vehicle at that time, but he refused as he did want to come to the dealership to pick it up but rather wanted it delivered to his residence in Rhode Island. The car was fully repaired - there was no brake issue at that time nor was any mentioned to the service. Customer had purchased an extended warranty and had there been any open recall on his his car when purchased it would've been addressed at the time it was delivered - especially as it would be covered by the manufacturer! When we called the customer to try to address this, he immediately hung up and refused to speak with us.
