Shawn, Your Jeep had 4 brand new tires installed and the spare was inspected and passed MA inspection for treadwear. You blew one of the tires out while you were driving. Undoubtably unfortunate and aggravating but your driving is not something that we can control. You were treated extremely well and we expended serious effort to get you financed.

My issue is with the fact after all paperwork was said and done everything was a hassle to get completed as far as the tpms censor, lug nut , getting reimbursed for me having to pay out of pocket to get these items fixed . Your dealership has very poor customer service ratings not by me by many other people posted on numerous other sites. All I asked was , yes there were 4 new tires on he jeep , and no it's not your fault or mine that I got a nail in he side wall... But it is your responsibility that during the safety inspection there is a functional spare!!! The tire had 3/32 tread depth he treads were down to the replacement markers. And you want to hide behind what 1/32nd !!!!!!! That's very poor business practice
