I went to Herb Connnolly Hyundai last week and worked with Amir Sabet. He was very helpful, I told him what my budget was and what I was interested in & he found the absolute right car for me. The only person worth talking to here is Wens, the Sales guy. However, I believe this dealership hasn't sold me a good vehicle as it is filled with issues (noise related). I would suggest you to first test drive the vehicle and hear and sounds (loose doors, cheap plastics,paint finish, leather etc). Also, the paint has a lot of scratches which they probably buff out (using chemicals that burn the paint to cover the scratches). I don't think they take care of their cars in the lot. The Service Manager here is not a good person to talk to and will make you eventually feel that they have made a favor to you by you buying a car from them. I am not sure which other dealers are good, but I know this is one bad dealership you do not want to go to. I would further even say do not go for a hyundai; they are still the same cheap car makers you can't compare to the Honda/Toyota/Corolla. Worth paying $1-2k more anyday in the long run. I really really regret buying my Sonata 2011 limited from Herb Connoly and am looking to sell off my vehicle after just 9 months of driving it. More

I went to a number of dealerships looking to purchase a new Hyundai Veloster. When I met Wens at Herb Connolly Hyundai he immediately struck me as somebody I could definitely deal with -- no pressure, no new Hyundai Veloster. I placed a deposit on a new Veloster that day. The next week when I went to pick up my new car, Wens spent quite a bit of time going over all the details of the car: all the features, how everything operated, answered all my questions and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure this was a sale done right. Andrew and Travis in Finance did a great job and make the paperwork process as easy as possible. Great job by everyone. Also, Andrew and Travis were most helpful expalining their roles with all the paperwork,including car registration,titles, and insurance. Overall a great transaction. I went in on Tuesday however the color I wanted was not in Stock. I picked it up today and its beautiful. Shimmering White with a Black Interior. Just what I wanted at the right price.
