MetroWest Hyundai responded

Customer came looking for a specific vehicle and at a low interest rate. We sold him the car at a better price than he asked for and saved him over 1/2 a percentage point on the interest rate he was looking for (3.29 vs 3.99%). He was presented all options for his vehicle and selected several accessories and an extended warranty. He left the showroom very pleased. After going home, experienced buyer's remorse and returned irate. He verbally and physically assaulted the finance manager and was asked to leave. We got him the vehicle he requested, with both a lower price and finance rate than he originally requested.
