I must say the Roy Porter was an excellent salesman and related well to my husband and me. He did a thorough job in explaining the operation of the different systems in the car. I don't like leaving reviews but, I must be fair. I was in the market for a new car, specifically a Hyundai. After shopping online for a couple of weeks, I ended up visiting Herb Connolly because they was in the market for a new car, specifically a Hyundai. After shopping online for a couple of weeks, I ended up visiting Herb Connolly because they always returned my phone calls and emails with a very friendly and pressure free attitude. I got my brand new Veloster and I love it, everybody there, from my sales guy Wens to the manager Doug were great to me. I think I got a great deal and I believe this will be my new go-to dealership from now on. Thanks guys! \m/ More
Bought a used jeep Cherokee from them and have had nothing but issues with their customer service and maintenance department.when I picked the vehicle up I noticed these tpms censor was broken and a l nothing but issues with their customer service and maintenance department.when I picked the vehicle up I noticed these tpms censor was broken and a lug nut was striped. I was told by the maintenance department that there was nothing wrong with either so I took my jeep to a real dealership and they had to cut the lug but off because there was no way of it coming off and the placed the tpms censor at my cost and I had herb connolly reimburse me for it which took 2 weeks for a check. Then I had a flat tire and went to put the spare tire on and it was flat and had no tread.I called my salesman and he told me that the spare tire is not part of a safety inspection and not their problem. So now I call the owner Doug Connolly and he tells me why should he replace the spare tire it's not his problem. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY HERB CONNOLLY DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TREATED POORLY!!! More

I had a poor experience at another dealership so I went in and told Peter from the beginning I did not want to be pressured and was going to make a decision when I was ready to make a decision. He was very respectful of that and understood this would not be a quick sale. After 3 visits and a few test drives I made my decision to purchase the Hyundai Sonate. I can say that the car and price themselves were the big reason for my purchase, Peter and the rest of the staff also played into my decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I highly recommend Herb Connolly if you are looking to lease or buy a new car. I was initially looking at a Sonata since I thought that was all I could afford, but Bill Singh helped me lease a Genesis wh lease or buy a new car. What is different about this dealership than others? Well first, the sales reps are very friendly and have a consultative approach; they are NOT pushy like other dealerships. I didn't feel pressured into making a decision that wasn't right for me. Every single person there was friendly. When I picked up my new car today, Bill Singh was very thorough in showing me all the documentation and manuals that went along with the car and ensured I was comfortable with the car before I drove off. Bill will go the extra mile and he is just a genuine, honest person. I highly recommend seeing Bill if you are shopping around for a new car. More
I have been a Hyundai owner for almost 10 years. While I love my Santa Fe, I do NOT love the service at this dealership. Today I brought my car in with a leaking oil gasket, which should be covered under w love my Santa Fe, I do NOT love the service at this dealership. Today I brought my car in with a leaking oil gasket, which should be covered under warranty. Due to many bad service experiences at car dealerships, I have retained my own mechanic for 10 years. I have detailed service records and faithfully change my oil every 5000 miles. My own mechanic let me know that my front cover oil gasket was leaking. I took the car into the dealership the next day and was told that there was oil everywhere and they could not find the source of the leak. Ashley, the receptionist, was very condescending, asking me if I had taken my car to a "side mechanic" and then telling me that my mechanic had caused the damage. As this is a new problem, and there has been no oil dripping underneath the car, I highly doubt her story. She then proceeded to tell me that my mechanic had overfilled the oil and that was what was causing the oil dripping everywhere. Ashley should really learn to keep her story straight. I called my mechanic and he assured me that there was no oil everywhere when he saw it and asked me to bring the car in so he could show me the where the leak was. My husband and I went in to see him, and sure enough, there was an obvious leak in the front cover gasket. I have had trouble with this dealership before over small things, such as not washing the car as promised, not giving me a second key to my new car, etc. Because of proximity, I decided to give Herb Connolly one last shot. I was wrong. I have bought 2 Santa Fe's from this dealership and will not return again. I will go to Mirak Chevy Hyundai where the service is much better and the service people are actually honest. More
I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone. Although working with the floor managers on a deal is never fun no matter where you go, working with my salesman Mark was a great experience. He was really easy going and was able to tell me how wonderful the cars were without pressuring me into buying. I loved my ford explorer, but could no longer afford the gas for my long commute. The hyundai sonata is a fantastic car, and so far the service has been great. More
While I shopped with my son for his first car purchase, we negotiated with the salesperson. I had no issue with him (Steve). However, we could not come to an agreement and left amicably. Once we were home (45 min drive) I realized they never returned our car's registration paperwork. They took it to run the VIN for a trade-in price. I called immediately but they had closed so I left a voicemail. The next day my 5 p.m. return call resulted in Eric telling me he was too busy to drop everything and look for the registration, he said everyone else was gone home already but to call back in 30 minutes. They were open til 8 pm. Not surprisingly, when I called back in 40 minutes, Eric had no luck in finding our registration. He suggested we wait another day and call back at 10:00 am the next morning. All this leaves a bad taste and I feel I'm getting the old fashioned run around. Thankfully I didn't buy a car at this dealership- I can't imagine what else they'd put me through. I heard multiple times,"We won't hold you hostage" but they now have our registration hostage and we are unable to drive our car or purchase one until we get one. Fortunately I just found for $25 you can download a duplicate from RMV and print it out yourself. Thankfully this will save me from a return trip to Herb Connolly's Hyundai. It's back to Toyota for this family. Too bad too, as we are in need of purchasing two cars soon. More

Going there was like the days I would go car shopping with my parents. People treated you like you were family. That was the same feeling I received and one of the biggest deciding factors of wanting to buy my next car there. I had a specific price range I needed to be in and fell in love with a new Veloster. The staff worked diligently with me to keep me in the price range I could afford. Thank you for bringing back that type of salesmanship and steering clear of the "push you into a sale" technique that I experienced at a few other car dealers in the Framingham area.
