I had been to a few local dealers but was referred to Herb Connolly by my credit union. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be price wise. I did have a someone difficult situ Herb Connolly by my credit union. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be price wise. I did have a someone difficult situation, but Steve and Moe worked with me to get me exaclty what I wanted and needed, not what they wanted me to get- meaning they listened to my situation and what would work best for me. It is the car I wanted for a better price than we originially thought. I would recommend Steve and Moe to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly and had great customer service! More

I spoke with Kasio prior to going to the dealership. I I spoke with Kasio prior to going to the dealership. I explained my credit concerns. He took the time to speak with the Finance people and got back to me with REAL WORLD answers, NOT the answers used by a lot of dealerships to get you in the door. I met him at the dealership at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon. We discussed my needs and what I knew I could afford. He understood that first I needed to know about financing and what I could afford. Again without going through all the steps other dealers insist on Kasio, Doug and Tarvis took the time to run my credit, speak with the lenders and get questions to the answers they asked. Although the dealership closed at 6PM, not only were they able to sell me the car I wanted, Doug insisted on delivering the car that night!!! They experience reminded of me of how dealerships used to operate, listen to the customer, work to sell the customer what they want and that little extra efforts to make the transaction take place while I was there.... pretty refreshing. Most interesting part of my experience I bought a brand of car I never would have considered and I'm very pleased with my Hyundai and the financing that they arranged for me. More

On a scale of 1-5 I am pleased to give your business a score of 5 as I couldn't be happier with the attention I received last week. Saturday morning I brought my car in for a routine oil change and asked score of 5 as I couldn't be happier with the attention I received last week. Saturday morning I brought my car in for a routine oil change and asked if I could speak to the salesperson who leased me my car several years ago to discuss my options after my 3 year lease ended in February 2014. They looked it up in the computer and told me it was Steve Sexton who fortunately is still employed with you. Steve was very professional and carefully explained my options and answered all of my questions. The offer he made to let me keep leasing was one I couldn't pass up so I left the same day after signing a new lease. Travis St. Peter was very professional too as he spelled out my payment plan. My family has been doing business with Herb Connolly for many years and we think the service has been great - I look forward to the next three years as I lease another Elantra. Brian Zombetti and his service staff are exceptional - I am always able to schedule an oil change without any wait and they get me in and out in a respectable amount of time.
